  I spoke with my contact at Pro Series and he stated that the pin diameter on the Pro Series Round, Pipe-Mount Swivel Jack, # PS1401460303, is 9/16 inches. This is a 5,000 pound capacity jack. I also asked about the Pro Series Round, Snap-Ring Swivel Jack - Weld On, # PS1401020303, and the pin diameter is 1/2 inches. This is a 2,000 pound capacity jack.

• Comparing Pro Series and etrailer 2,000 lb Sidewind Trailer Jacks
  The Pro Series trailer jack # PS1401020303 and the etrailer jack # TJB-2001S-B are both very similar designs made by two different companies. The only noteworthy difference is the etrailer has a slightly better 1-year warranty as compared to the a 1-year limited warranty of the Pro Series so that would be what I would go with.

• How Long is the Handle for Pro Series Topwind Swivel Trailer Jack # PS1400300303
  I went out to the warehouse and pulled Pro Series trailer jack, # PS1400300303. From the center of the jack to the end of the handle measures 7 inches. This is quite possibly the shortest topwind handle we have. If this will not work for you then I have also included a link to all of the sidewind swivel jacks that we carry. The sidewind equivalent to the jack you asked about is # PS1401020303 but it is a weld-on. Welding should be performed by a qualified professional.

  The Pro Series Swivel Jack part # PS1401020303 that you referenced can swivel either direction. It can swivel forward or backwards if needed regardless of what side of the trailer it is installed on.

• Does Crank Handle on Swivel Jack # PS1401020303 Just Hang Down when Jack is Rotated Up
  With jack # PS1401020303 fully retracted the crank handle cannot be turned any further and would support itself. And it would take some force for it to turn the other way due to the fact that it is engaging gears that are then engaging the jack screw. This is shown though not mentioned in the video I have linked for you.

  If you're referring to the height of the bracket when the jack is fully retracted, the closest we can come to 10 inches would be the Bulldog # BD151460. When fully retracted, the bracket height is 11 inches. If you're looking for a jack with a total retracted length of 10 inches, unfortunately we don't have any jacks that small. The jack with the shortest overall length is 15 inches, part # PS1401140303. Both jacks have a 2000 lb capacity.
